Sally Kronemeyer, age 77, of Grandville, was called to be with her Lord of whom she deeply loved on Thursday, May 30, 2019. Although she will be missed, we are blessed and have the assurance that we will see her again. After a courageous battle with cancer with no giving up, Sally is no longer suffering and is now home with her Lord at peace. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who always put others before herself. Sally took a genuine interest in others, and always enjoyed being with people. She was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Wiersma; and her brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Dawn Wiersma. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 57 years, Dale Kronemeyer; children and grandchildren, Brian Kronemeyer and his fiancée, Melissa Overkamp (Blue), Brenda and Mike Glupker (Quincey, Britten); sisters and brother-in-law, Faith Raterink, Mary and Jim Baird, Martha Antisdel; several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Terry Burlingame officiating.  Interment will be held at Georgetown Township Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Tuesday from 9:30-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.  The family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff and caregivers at the Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion and Spectrum Health ICU for the love and compassionate care given to Sally.
