I didn't work with Sally on a daily basis while she was with Davenport College years ago, but every encounter I did have with her was memorable and always with a smile. You will be missed Sally!

I worked with Sally for a number of years at Davenport. She was always quick with a smile, and a great coworker! I was sad to hear of her passing, but happy to have known her and worked together! She will be missed by many, including those of us who had the pleasure of working with her over the years.

Sally was a very special person in my life for over 50 yrs! What memories we made, sharing our lives. Whether it was in Michigan or Iowa always a wonderful time. And my memories being with her in Florida 10 days will forever be in my heart. She loved her Lord so much which showed. Keith , thank you for keeping me in the loop . She loved you and your family so much! There will always be a hole in my heart for my dear friend!

Words cannot express how precious Sal was to me. We met my first year of college and never missed an opportunity for a laugh, a cry or just enjoying the sun and time together. I watched her boys grow into handsome young men, marry and raise families. She and her parents gave me one of my most cherished gifts. A Study Bible with written words of wisdom and encouragement. Always showing the Love of Jesus. Sal was my Maid of Honor and boy, I should have known that there would be surprises around every corner. My Honeymoon luggage was not as I had packed it. 😜. A surprise 30th birthday party, where Sal and Lee dressed as they did for a hobo dinner and attended our birthday party , only to need gas and lots of looks. I wouldn’t change one Saturday afternoon lunch at Russ’ ,with Mom Barber and the Aunts, getting after Sal for swallowing her bubble gum, and then listening to WCSG while soaking up the sun. Her Friendship was Priceless and Precious . Sal, I will miss Always and Forever. Forever in my Heart 💕 You are now singing in the Greatest Choir and enjoying every Heavenly concert. Love You Always, ToeJam 🥰

I always enjoyed visiting with Sally at family gatherings. She was a very nice person. She loved her job and her friends and her family. She would tell me how much she appreciated how well her wonderful son Keith took care of her in her time of need. She loved him very much!
