Sally and I were best friends for 40 years. I can't imagine going to plays movies, and concerts without my buddy. We had so much fun together and spent a lot of time laughing about the dumb things we did that we kept on doing. Example: getting lost when doing parade of homes because we were so bad at reading a map. My life will not be the same without my dear friend. It's not what you do that's important, but who you spend time doing it with. With Sally gone, there is a hole in my life that cannot be filled.

Sally's smiling face was the first thing people noticed when entering Parkview Elementary School. She brightened up the office and welcomed all of the students and teachers every day!!! When I first started teaching at Parkview in 1990, I looked forward to seeing my friend every morning. Her humor and wit were delightful and kept us all laughing. She truly was our goodwill ambassador. Our friendship continued into retirement and I will miss spending time with her at our reunions. My condolences to her family!
