Ruth Van Ess

Ruth Ann Van Ess, age 85, of Wyoming, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Kenneth Jay Van Ess; son, Kenneth L. Van Ess; brother, Jack Teegardin; sister-in-law, Pat Van Ess; and brother-in-law, Duane Den Hof. She will be lovingly remembered by her son, David Van Ess; grandchildren, Kirk Van Ess, Lisa Van Ess, Justin Bradford; great-grandson, Tyler Van Ess; sister, Barbara Van Ess; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Donald and Pat Van Ess, Bill and Marge Van Ess, Barb and Duane Den Hof; and several nieces and nephews. A private family burial will take place at Rest Lawn Memorial Park. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.
