Russell Gardner, age 65, of Wyoming went home to his Lord and savior on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Russell loved spending his time as a cook at Woody’s for many years. Russell was a big fan of the Detroit Tigers and was passionate about American history.
He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Wilma and William Streeter; and his father, Jack Gardner. He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers, William Gardner, Scott and Reina Streeter; niece, Melanie and many other nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday, December 2nd from 1pm to 2pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
