Ellis, Russell   Russell Ellis, age 96, of Alto, passed away Saturday October 12.  He was preceded in death  by his wife, Virginia in 2006 and daughter, Barbara Hayes.  Russell is survived by his son, Michael Lee (Norma) Ellis; granddaughters, Melissa (Darrin) Benzing, Jennifer Hayes, Sarah (Chris) Kincaid and Kristina Ellis.  11 great grandchildren, Samantha (Kevin) Dush; James, Andrew, Jesse, Anna, Liza and Levi Benzing; Christopher, Grace, Elijah and Isaiah Kincaid; and one great great grandchild, Charles Ellis Dush.  Russell proudly served in WWI.  Memorial  services will be held at a later date.
