Remembering Rose Ann Gigandet
Rose Ann Gigandet, aged 63 of Ada, passed away suddenly in a car accident on Saturday, May 5, 2018. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 40 years, Dick; children, Amy Gigandet, Adam (Emma Witkovsky) Gigandet, Angela and Charlie Gage; grandchildren, Annabel, Jack, and Trevor Gage, Hunter Hilzey; mother, Phyllis Balzer; sisters and brothers, Jim (Kay) Balzer, Linda Frownfelter, Sharon (Phil) Mavis, Janet (Greg) Cook, David (Marie) Balzer; sister-in-law, Judy Hatfield, Pat (Bruce) Etterling; many nieces and nephews; extended family, Cheri Kahler, Linda Lawler, Kim Farley. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Balzer. Rose Ann was a legal secretary at Amway for over 5 years. She loved to spend time at the lake at Oak Bluff with family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed arts and crafts, especially sewing and painting. One of her favorite places was Disney World. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4:00 p.m.
