Remembering Rosalie Dykstra

Rosalie Dykstra, age 96, of Hudsonville, completed her earthly journey and was welcomed into her heavenly home and Savior’s arms on February 12, 2022. Rosalie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Tunis Dykstra; parents, Klass and Winnie Dykstra; sisters, Winifred Haggerty, and Grace Veeneman; brothers, Arthur, Seymour, and Gary Dykstra. Rosalie will be lovingly missed by her children, Linda and Bob Warsen, Brenda and Larry Brouwer, Darlene and Ken Scholten, Marlene and Tim DeHoop, Michael and Patti Dykstra, Steven and Lisa Dykstra, Robin and Bob VandenBerg, thirty-two grandchildren and thirty-four great-grandchildren; special niece, Dian Jones; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Arnold Dykstra and Faye Dykstra. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. The burial will take place at Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, February 16, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home and Thursday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice or Hudsonville Christian School.
