Ronald Sanford

SANFORD - Ronald Leon Sanford, age 85, passed away Thursday December 12, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Louisa Sanford; brothers, Robert and Wayne. Ronald is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dolores Sanford; children, Debra (Thomas) Underhill, Denise Sanford, Rhonda (Pietro) Conigliaro; many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; brother, Eugen (Patricia) Sanford; sister, June (Edward) Perschbacher; sister-in-laws, Elizabeth Sanford and Mary Sanford. Ron retired from General Motors Diesel Equipment at the age of 52. He loved being in God's creation as an outdoorsman, building many tree stands over the years, where he felt closest to God, planted thousands of tree's and was an avid golfer. He will be forever remembered for his love of God and family. Memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Wesley Park UMC 1150 32nds St. SW, Wyoming with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at church.
