Ron always made time for my son when he started racing Hare Scrambles. No other dealer ever compared to Ron, he was like the KTM whisperer. He was the reason so many people rode KTM's. Whatever you needed, Ron would have it and he always was willing to share more to ensure all was good. Ralph passed his passion on to Ron, and Ron shared it with everyone that walked through his shop door. You will be missed my friend. God speed Ronny!

— Rick Ribbens

This is life gone to soon, but a life lived to the fullest of Ronnie's passion. Always a great guy and cared more about you than making a buck. A true enthusiast over a business man, always will remember the quick stops at Lake Cycle that took 2 hours......rest in peace Ronnie and God speed my friend!!

Ron's passing is a huge loss - especially to the dirt bike community. There was no one like him and no shop compares. Ron's dad Ralph started my addiction and Ron kept it going. God Bless Ron, Ralph and the whole Scharphorn family! You all are in my prayers!
