Roger Wayne Mansfield, Sr., age 80, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Renaye Mansfield, Rachelle Mansfield, Mike Mansfield, Susan Deprez, Dennis Mansfield, Roger Mansfield, Jr., Richard Mansfield, Amber VanTil, Meghan Mansfield; grandchildren and great grandchildren. Roger proudly served in the US Army and retired from Bissell after many years of service. A memorial visitation will be held Thursday from 2-4 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. A brief memorial service will take place at 4 pm. Inurnment Fort Custer National Cemetery.
