DE MANN - Mr. Roger E. DeMann, aged 83 of Byron Center, went to be with his Lord Friday, August 10, 2012. He was preceded in death three weeks ago to the day by his wife of 62 years, Margaret "Marge"; parents, William and Nellie; sister, Karen Ann DeMann; brothers-in-law, Marvin Kloosterman and Harold VanderLaan. Surviving are his children, Rog (Kerri) DeMann, Ron (Susie) DeMann, Rick (Mindy) DeMann, Karen (Curt) DeJonge; grandchildren, Brian (Barb) DeMann, Dan (Katie) DeMann, Keith (Kristen) DeMann, Laura DeMann, Courtney (Mike) Lapekes, Ryan DeMann, Melanie (Joe) Anderson, Rick (Samantha) DeMann, Michael DeMann, Christina DeMann, Matt (Laura) DeJonge, Kaitlyn and Kelsey DeJonge; 12 great grandchildren with 2 more on the way; sister, Joyce Kloosterman-Vander Laan; brother, Wayne (Helen) DeMann; sisters-in-law, Carol (John) Miedema, Marilyn (Frank) DeJong; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 14 at East Paris CRC, 3065 East Paris SE. The family will greet relatives and friends Monday 5 to 8 PM at Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. and one hour prior to the service at church on Tuesday.
