VAN NOLLER - Mr. Robert "Colonel" VanNoller aged 76 passed away Friday, January 11, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert and Eva. Surviving are his children, Roger (Jean), Robert (Gail), Barbara VanNoller; 8 grandchildren, Kristina (Aaron) Lee, Natasha VanNoller, Baily VanNoller, Tara Bates, Austin Bates, Jennifer (Colin) Shepherd, Kriste Warren, Tracy (Jeff) Wolfe; 5 great grandchildren, Keira and Ayden Lee, Kasey, Lucas and Chelsea Wolfe; special family member, Marlene McDermott-VanNoller-Cook; brother, Christopher VanNoller. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 1 to 4PM at Rollaway, 805 E. Main in Lowell. Our father, also know as "Colonel" was a life-long resident of West Michigan except for his Military service in the mid 50's. Although diagnosed with Prostate cancer at age 55, he soldiered on another 21yrs before he was called home. He thoroughly enjoyed the last 10yrs of his life as a resident of Lowell helping his son with his Family Entertainment Business. He loved his family, Churches, lunches at the Senior Center and fellowship with the members of Gilda's Club. Colonel will be deeply missed. He often said "Everyday is a bonus.
