Osenga, Robert Lee "Bob" Robert Lee “Bob” Osenga, age 81, of Grandville, was called to his heavenly home on Friday, November 22, 2013.  He was a loving Christian husband, father and grandfather.  Bob served his Lord giving of his time and talents at his church in various ways. He was a Korean War veteran proudly serving his country in the US Army.  He was preceded in death by his infant son, Steven Allen.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Wilma (Slendebroek); his children, Robert Lee “Bobby” Osenga, Jr., Cheryl and Joey Oldenbroek, Brian Keith Osenga; grandchildren, Joey Jr., William “Bill”, Kayleigh Oldenbroek; brothers and sisters, Ed and Sue Osenga, Joanne Bowers, Doris Richardson, Marian and Sid Kasper, Sharon McInnis, Beryl Osenga; many loving brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday 11 am at South Grandville Christian Reformed Church, 4130 Wilson Ave. SW, Grandville, with Dr. Daniel Mouw and Rev. John Witvliet, Sr. officiating.  Interment Grandville Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW and on Wednesday one hour prior to the service at church.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice Trillium Woods, 2100 Raybrook St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI  49546.
