Robert Gene Daniels, age 84, of Wyoming, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, February 15, 2021, surrounded by his family. He proudly served in the U.S. Marines for 6.5 years. He retired after 30 years as an accountant from Grand Valley State University. He was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed time at the Wyoming Senior Center. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years, Nuella; children: Judith Madrigal, Robert and Emily Daniels, Edmond and Charlotte Daniels; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Margaret and Robert Preshong; nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
