He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Alyce Fox; sisters, Rosalie (Lawrence) Lepzinski, Romona (Michael Sr.) Hickey; brother, Richard Fox; mother of his sons, Loretta Fox-Shumaker. Robert is survived by his wife of 28 years, Catherine Fox; sons, Dan Fox, Doug Fox, Dave (Patti) Fox; grandchildren, Devin (Kashara) Fox, Derek (Ellie) Fox, Jessica (Matthew) Kimball, Heather Fox, Michelle (Joey) Sawyer, Eric (Tara) Fox, Kelly Fox, Amy (Ben Pung) Fox; great grandchildren, Luca, Aiden, Cameron, Kendall, Silas, Calian, Eddie, Charley, Brylie, Aspen, Saylor. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, 4865 11 Mile Road NE, Rockford.
