Bob Coone, age 61, of Allendale, went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, January 28, 2021 while surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Coone. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 20 years, Carlene; children, Richelle Verootis, Debbie Coone, Savannah (Jordan) Schultz, Bobby Coone; grandson, Weston Tindell; mother, Reda Coone; sisters, Annette (Bob) Norton, Teresa (Greg) Norris, Shelly (Brian) Case; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Bob always put others first. He gave and served generously and loved unconditionally; this is what brought him joy. The family would love to share his life with you at the visitation Friday and the funeral on Saturday. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Life West Church meeting at Alas de Aguila, 6375 Winans St., Allendale, with Pastor Samuel VanderKlok officiating. Burial Allendale Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 4-7 pm at Life West Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to “Fill the Need”, a benevolent fund at Life West Church that is designed to meet the needs of the community, which was a passion of Bob’s.
