Robert Conrad Eikhoff, Jr., age 71, of Wyoming, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.  He loved cars, customizing his ‘56 Chevy for the last 48 years.  He won many awards at car shows, especially for his custom paint.  He retired from Detail Technologies as a machinist after many years.  He enjoyed football, including Detroit Lions and U of M.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 51 years, Nancy; daughter, Amy (Victor) Oddy; granddaughters: Brenna (Roger) Foster, Alyssa Oddy; great grandsons, Evan Foster, James Foster; sisters: Catherine (James) Zevalkink, Julie (Bill) Huizing; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Peggy (Dennis) Hedigan, Susan (Michael) Swiatek, Joseph Sullivan; many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Eikhoff, Robert and Elizabeth Sullivan; and nephew, Bryon Swiatek.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at  St. Pius X Church, 3937 Wilson Ave., Grandville, Wyoming, with Rev. Stephen Durkee officiating.  Burial will be held at Winchester Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at  Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to American Cancer Society.
