Rita was a very special friend. Her and I taught a 5th grade class at St. Dominic's for about 20 years! Our favorite Prayer at the start of every class was, "When two or more are gathered in my name, I will be there." We took great comfort in knowing Jesus was there to be with us. We had a St. Patrick's day dinner with all of the CCD teachers. Miss Rita was a big part of that. I have to say one more thing about Rita. She would make the recipes from the back of the boxes of products from the store. I found her a cookbook with that title. She absolutely loved it. How awesome that was. How Awesome Miss Rita was. She will be missed. Bernie Orris - Bernie Orris
