Rishelle Dyke

VAN DYKE (Duimstra) - Rishelle Kay VanDyke aged 24 of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 31, 2016. She was preceded in death by her great uncle, Donald Lord. Surviving are her parents, Ross and Jodie Duimstra; sister, Sienna VanDyke (Tyler Fennema); niece, Addilyn; grandparents, George and Patricia Duimstra, David and Clara VanDyke; boyfriend, Dominic Lafata; best friend, Eric Atkins; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Rishelle inspired and amazed anyone who met her with her courage, determination, infectious smile, and contagious laugh. Words cannot express our grief. She was daddy's little girl, her mom's inspiration, her sisters best friend, Dominic's love and whole world, Addilyn's idol, her grandparents small wonder, Eric's rock, Gary's "sister", and uncle Jeff's hero. She loved Michigan football, drawing, music, and most of all Addilyn. Our lives are forever changed, but we are also better people because of her. A celebration of Rishelle's life will be held 12:00 Noon Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S.
