Richard D. Shook, age 78, of Grandville, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 and went to be with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Weber; and his parents, Donald and Helen Shook. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 36 years, Carol; children, Tina, Teresa, Teri, Tonya, Greg, Kim, Karon, Deb and Greg, Amanda; “special son”, Seth; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Joan and Dean Johnson; and dear friends, Robert and Joan VanderPloeg. A private graveside service will be held at Rosedale Memorial Park.

Don't know what to say... sorry I wasn't a better kid. All the bad things I did aside, I still have many good memories with you. Working on cars, teaching me to fish, six flags, and alot more. Justhe know even thought I'm not welcome here by most, I am here. I will be thinking g of you. And my daughter will know about you and all the good things. Goodbye Dad.
