Richard “Dick” Eugene Krzeminski

Richard “Dick” Eugene Krzeminski, aged 62 of Grand Rapids, was suddenly called to his heavenly home on Thursday, March 16, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Geraldine Krzeminski. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Connie; sisters, Laura (Jon) Schmidt, Terry (Earl) Saladin, Janine (Edward) Mayhew; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Fred (Linda) Hamstra, Edward (Julie) Bowyer, Terry (Sue) Bowyer, John (Crystal) Bowyer; his “lap mate”, Teo; and many nieces, nephews and many, many, dear friends. Dick was a gregarious, caring, man who enjoyed the great outdoors and socializing with his many dear friends. A Memorial Mass for Dick will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park Ave. SW, Wyoming, with Fr. Mike Alber presiding. Relatives and friends may meet the family for a memorial visitation on Tuesday from 6-8 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. Memorial contributions may be made to P.O.R.T at DeVos Children’s Hospital or A.L.S. Society.

Connie, we will miss Dick so much. He really did light up a room and make us all laugh, especially when he told the bee story over and over and over again, while we listened like it was the first time we ever heard it. We love YOU so much Connie and will be here for you always....
