Richard A. Sivins, Jr., age 67, of Hudsonville, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 2, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard A. Sivins, Sr. Rick is survived by his wife of 6 years, Peggy; sons, Ayden Stone-Sivins, Randall Sivins, Adam and Danielle Sivins, Ryan and Cortney Van Vels; grandchildren, Chase Van Vels, Tanner Van Vels; mother, Julia Sivins; siblings, Dori and Gary Pentecost, Joseph Sivins; and sister-in-law, Jann McKellar. Rick proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps in Vietnam. Rick was very industrious, resourceful and was always willing to lend a helping hand. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project.

I have not met you but know that if my dad loved you, then your an amazing woman and fit in with the Sivins. Warm hugs and thoughts to the entire family, near and far. A great loss for sure for everyone. RIP Dad.
