Ricardo Zuniga Sr, age 57, of Grand Rapids, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 27, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Zuniga. Lovingly remembered by his fiance, Araceli Moreno; children, Ricardo and Nina Zuniga Jr., Ashley Ann Zuniga, Madison Rae Prince; grandchildren, Alexis Starr Faith, Nevaeh Starr, Ryder Adriel, Zoey Ann Marie, Faith Amelia; father, Gilberto Zuniga; brothers and sisters, Gilberto Zuniga Jr., Isabel Bulkowski, Patricia Zuniga, Elizabeth Zuniga, Eduardo Zuniga. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for His appearing” II Timothy 4:7-8. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021, at 2 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Troy Picou officiating. Family may meet family and friends, Thursday from 4 - 7 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Kentwood Community Church Benevolence Fund.
