Renee Marie Harper

Reneè Marie (Hussey) Harper, age 67, of Grandville, passed away after a courageous battle with several health issues on Friday, March 18, 2022. Reneè was a kind and loving wife, mom, and sister who had an independent spirit. Her commitment to her family and friends was evident to all who knew her. Over the years she enjoyed traveling, enjoying many different destinations. Reneè enjoyed the outdoors and would always embrace a beautiful rain shower. She was preceded in death by her parents, Darrell and Midge Hussey; her sister, Paula Hussey; and brother-in-law, Greg Leiter. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 43 years, Howard; her son, Noah Harper; her brothers, Craig and Jill Hussey, Mark and Roxanne Hussey; her sister, Ellen Leiter, several loving nieces and nephews. A celebration of Renee’s life will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022, from 2-4 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, Grandville. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the National Kidney Foundation.
