Reminga, Thomas E. REMINGA:  Thomas E. Reminga, age 83, of Grandville, passed peacefully on Saturday, November 5, 2011.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth.  He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Sheryl Visser, Bruce and Karen Reminga; grandchildren, Jennifer and David Young, Julie and David Arnoldink; CPT Benjamin and Whitney Visser, PFC Logan Reminga, PV2 Kylee Reminga; great grandchildren, Brooke Young, Kyle Young, Mason Arnoldink; sister, Lois and Bill Timmermans; sisters-in-law, Ruth Werkema, Faye Werkema; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.  Tom proudly served our country as a member of the United States Marines.  Funeral services will be held 11 am on Wednesday at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr., with Dr. Daniel Mouw officiating.  Interment Grandville Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the funeral home and from 10-11 am Wednesday prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at Rose Garden and Faith Hospice.
