Reka Schuuring

After many years of faithful service to her Lord, Reka Schuuring, age 105, of Sunset Manor, went home to be with her Savior on Saturday, March 24, 2018. Her last years were spent crocheting lap throws for Love INC and baby booties for Haiti. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; son-in-law, James O’Connor; and granddaughter, Shelly O’Connor. Surviving are her children, Ada and William Conklin, Elly O’Connor, Joni and Ken LaGrand, Hank and Pat Schuuring; 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Private graveside services will be held at Georgetown Township Cemetery.
