TAIT-WILSON, Reita Tait- Wilson aged 93, stepped into her heavenly home Sunday, May 5, 2019. She was preceded in death by her first husband of 36 years, Eugene Tait; her second husband of 13 years, Kenneth Wilson; parents, William and Sylvia Bennett; brothers, Neil Bennett, Amos Bennett, Ivan Bennett, Douglas Bennett; sister, Ruth Shear; son, Eugene L. Tait; son in law, Donald McAlpine; She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia McAlpine, Cheri Tait, Alesia (Paul) Albin; 11 grandchildren, Jean McCall, Linda (Sherwood) Nickisch, Kelley Fischer (Tim Nichols), Walter Witkovsky (Heather Findlay), Monica (Joe) DeLisle, Jason (Amy) Tait, Aaron (Erica) Tait, Joel (Rachael) Tait, Atalie (Patrick) Womble, Brittany Albin, Courtney Albin; 17 great grandchildren; many great great grandchildren; sister Ruby Barrow; many nieces and nephews, and dear friends. Reita was known as a strong prayer intercessor, her focus and passion were her faith and family. The funeral service will be held at 2 PM, Friday, May 10 at Calvary Church Chapel, 707 E. Beltline Ave. NE., Grand Rapids. Her family will greet relatives and friends an hour prior to the service.
