Remembering Rebecca “Becky” Hugg

Hugg, Rebecca "Becky" Rebecca “Becky” Faye Hugg, age 40, of Allendale, was escorted by angels into the arms of Jesus on Friday, November 14, 2014. She will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Truett and Virginia Hugg; brother, Bruce; sisters, Rachel and Sarah; nephews and niece, Jacob, Presli, Toby, Jordan and Christopher; many dear relatives and friends. A celebration of Becky’s life will be held on Tuesday 11 am at Life Stream Church, 6561 Lake Michigan Dr., Allendale with Pastor Jim Mannes officiating. Interment Allendale Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 6-8 pm at the church. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Ovarian Cancer Foundation.

Becky I'm so proud of the way you FOUGHT LIKE A GIRL for so long! I will always treasure our visits even though they were few and far in between! You showed such courage and tremendous grace over the past few years. Please give my Grandma Ruth a BIG HUG from me! Aunt Ginny, Truett, Rachel, Sarah and the rest of the family...I'm so sorry for this deep hurt you are all feeling! I know you have relief in knowing she is PAIN FREE and DANCING with ANGELS in Heaven! Keep your precious memories close to your heart and know she will ALWAYS be with you! Truett, Virginia, and children We thank God for the memories of your presence in our home in Hull, Iowa. We will always remember little Becky as she graced our breakfast table with her smile. The comfort of His Word was precious to all of us then, we trust the same is true now in your hour of sorrow. May Jesus Who is Lord of all, Who took Becky from you now, provide comfort. I was so sorry to hear about the the loss of Becky. Becky and I met when my dad Dave Vredeveld died and she was helpful to us in the time of his loss. She was an incredible person who was caring and genuine. She will be missed greatly. My condolences to the family. Shelley Graham
