Ralph Dane Bass, age 62, of Wyoming, passed away to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, July 1, 2022. Ralph was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing on the Michigan lakes. He loved reading from his extensive collection of theological literature, and he was passionate about studying God’s word and served as a teacher/pastor for over 20 years. Most of all, he cherished the time he spent with his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Hubert Bass; brothers, Wayne Bass, and Terry Bass. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 40 years, Tammy Bass; sons, Nathan Bass, Cameron and Julieta Bass; grandson, Everett Ringer-Bass; mother, Bessie Bass; siblings, Doug and Sandy Bass, Jodi (Bass) and Denny Ford, Randy (his twin brother) and LeeAnn Bass, Michele (Bass) and Tim Bondroff, Derk Bass, Bryan Bass, Jami (Bass) and Mike Sanfilippo, Rodney Bass, Craig and Gina Bass; brother-in-law, Brian Foreman; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Grace Bible Church, 3715 Wilson Ave. SW, Grandville, with Rev. Todd Kinde officiating. The burial will take place at Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday, July 5th, from 5-7 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.
