I didn't know Ralph, but I know Tammy and I love her dearly. I have heard many great things about Ralph. I am so sorry to hear that he passed away. Please know I am praying for you, Tammy. "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (healing their pain and comforting their sorrow." - Psalm 147:3 "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." - Psalm 73:26

When we started our small group so many years ago and met Ralph and Tammy (and Charlie and Yvonne) we never expected a lifetime friendship to develop. So many suppers and Bible studies. Other couples came and went but our 3 couple group remained. Trips to the beach, backyard BBQs, New Years Eves, gametimes, dinners and sitting on decks. We listened to one another, prayed for one another, argued with one another, loved one another, cried for one another. Ralph made Philemon 7 real. "For I have come to have much joy and comfort in your love, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you, brother." Ralph beat us all home. So happy for him, so sad for you, Tammy, and the guys. I trust his funeral service will bring all the honor to His Savior the way his life did. I planned to be there, but alas am in a doctor's office with Dave for another crisis. All our love to you!
