Rachel Lydia Baragar

Rachel Lydia Baragar, age 81, of Caledonia, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 27, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Gene Baragar, Sr.; parents, Vernon and Ruth Miller; brother, Louis L. Miller.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Douglas Gene (Janet) Baragar, Jr., Steven Lee (Becky) Baragar, Linda Sue Crawford; grandchildren, Jordan (Emily) Baragar, Zachary Baragar, Brandon Baragar, Austin Baragar, Jared (Marissa) Baragar, Alyssa (David) Foster, Stephanie (Richard) Larios, Joshua Baragar, Nicholas Crawford; great grandchildren, Aiden, Theo, Lilliana, Lachlan; and sisters, Jean Dalman, Dorcas Sunderlin, Mary Mooney, Betty (Dale) Hansen; sister-in-law, Elaine (Larry) McCauley; and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held 11 am Saturday, April 20  at Calvary Baptist Church, 1200 28th St. SE, Grand Rapids.  Interment Pine Hill Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday, April 19 from 6-8 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood and one hour prior to the service at church.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Calvary Baptist Church or Spectrum Health Hospice.
