Phyllis Jean Haan

Phyllis J. Haan, age 87, of Jenison, passed away to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 22, 2022. Phyllis was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Byrle; brothers, Wayne Walcott, and James Walcott. Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her children, Doug and Laurie Haan, Julie and Mike Johnson, Scott and Darla Haan, Lisa and Tom Sitzema, Michelle and Jeff Rylaarsdam; grandchildren, Phillip and Kara Haan, Jessica and David Mitchell, Matthew and Stephanie Haan, Chris and Katie Johnson, Becky Johnson, Cassidee Haan, Cory Haan, Aubrey and Phu Nguyen, Conrad Sitzema, Grant Sitzema, Jordan Rylaarsdam, Nathan Rylaarsdam, and Paige Rylaarsdam; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas and Kimberly Walcott; sisters-in-law, Sharon Walcott, Ruthann Datema, Judie Worley; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 6 pm on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at South Grandville Church, 4130 Wilson Ave. SW, Grandville with Rev. John Witvliet officiating. Burial Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 5-6 pm prior to the service at the church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Special Needs Week at the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds.
