Petronilla Mary Russo-Martin

Petronilla Mary Russo-Martin, age 81, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 7, 2021 and now rests in her eternal home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Martin Sr.; grandchildren: Richard Shawn Martin, Shelby Lee Martin; brother-in-law, Bill Cook. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Karen and Gordon Roedding, Mary P. Russo (Greg Board), Richard L. Jr. and Allison Martin, Tony and Kristi Russo, James and Katie Russo; grandchildren: Derek (Christy) DeVriendt, Dusti and Joshua Meagher, Dylan (Abri) DeVriendt, Bianca Roedding, Desiré and Lee Crandall, Daniel and Kara Board, Anthony (Taylor) Martin, Paige Martin, Jonathan Martin, Shalin and Brandon Kober, Brianna, Anthony and Cecila Russo; 17 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchildren; sister, Mary Kay Cook; many nieces nephews and special buddy, Sparty. Petronilla loved spending time with her family and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 1253 52nd St. SE, Kentwood with Rev. Peter Vu officiating. Burial Woodlawn Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Stegenga Funeral Home, 3131 S. Division Ave., Wyoming. Due to gathering restrictions, there will be a limit on the number of people who may enter the building at a time.
