VASQUEZ - Mr. Pedro C. Vasquez Jr., aged 61 of Grand Rapids passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents Pedro and Cecilia Vasquez along with three brothers. Surviving are his brother Daniel (Rose Guillen) Vasquez, sisters, Elena (James) Hargett, Manuela Lopez, Rosie (Pedro) Martinez and many nieces and nephews. His family will always be grateful for the care and compassion shown to Pedro by his sister and caregiver, Rosie. A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 22, 2014 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave., Wyoming. His family will greet relatives and friends from 5 - 7 PM Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
