Paula Busbee

Paula Ann Busbee, born on February 20, 1948, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 11, 2024. She was the daughter of William and Lillian Duoba and the beloved wife of William Terry Busbee, who preceded her in death.

Paula is survived by her son, Scott (Susan) Busbee; and her daughter, Dawn (Graham) Somerset. She cherished her role as a grandmother to Ezekiel (Raven) Busbee, Casimere (fiancée, Kassidy Gregory) Busbee, Jacob Strate, and Skye Strate, who all brought immense joy to her life.

A passionate and creative spirit, Paula found great happiness in her hobbies, including knitting, sewing, and caring for her beloved animals. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone around her, and she will be deeply missed.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Crash’s Landing Cat Rescue and Placement Center or a local animal shelter in Paula’s honor.
