Remembering Patrick Michael Wiltse

Wiltse, Patrick Michael Patrick Michael Wiltse, age 17, of Hudsonville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 15, 2012. He will be dearly missed by his mother, Melissa Wiltse and Ben Myers; father, David and Brandy Nelson; sisters, Raelynn, Alyssa, Chloe, and Ella; grandparents, Robert and Gloria Wiltse, Michael and Pam Nelson; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held 11 am on Monday at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the funeral home.
