MILLS - Mrs. Patricia D. Mills aged 68 passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Mills; father, Howard Belknap, mother, Frances Belknap. Surviving are her children, Lindsay (Rick) Merrill, Aaron (Katy) Mills, Keeley (Spencer) Creasey; grandchildren, Cole, Joshua, Carter and Paige Merrill, Kaia, Jamen and Halle Mills, Liam and Lucas Creasey; brothers, Howard (Deb) Belknap, Roger Belknap, Steve (Jo) Belknap; many nieces and nephews. Pat dedicated 23 years to Daycare services in her home. She loved working in her flowers and yard, cheering her kids on at all their sport and extracurricular activities and being active in her home church, Bella Vista Church of Rockford. Always a lover of music, she could be found even in her days at Fulton Manor singing hymns with her beautiful voice. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE., Belmont. Her family will greet relatives and friends one hour prior to the service.
