Patricia Martin

  Pat (Pearce) Martin, age 77, of Wyoming, was called home to the Heavenly Garden on Wednesday, March 9, 2016.  Pat was a kind and loving woman who established a friendship with everyone she met. She treasured her family and especially had a tender place in her heart for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Many memories were made with her family while camping and most recently traveling with her husband. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Angeline Pearce; brothers, Irvin and Vernon Pearce; sister, Margaret Vledder. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years, Jim; children, Vickie Urbanski, Philip and Tammi Martin, Dean and Catherine Martin; grandchildren, Curtis, Jessica, Charlie, Jason, Amber, and Leslie; great grandchildren, Mikaila, Brendan, Gwen, Corinne, James, Jacob, Noah, Ashlynn, Allison, Alivia, and Adalynn; brother, Robert and Sharon Pearce; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Gordon and Betty Martin, Richard and Virginia Martin; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Monday 11 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Steve VanPoolen officiating.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday from 2-5 pm at the funeral home, as well as one hour prior to the service on Monday.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
