Patricia Kolasse, age 77 of Wyoming, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, John N. Kolasse and her father, George Beaty. Surviving are her children, Yvonne and Bob Carpenter, Bob and Jeannette Kolasse, Debra and Dan Chester, Jennifer and Benj Butgereit; grandchildren, Nicole (Michael) Holstege, Trevor (Sarah) Carpenter, Derek Kolasse, Alex (Marley) Kolasse, Jessica Butgereit and Benjamin Butgereit; great-grandchildren, Zoe, Logan, Danika, Ayla, Piper and Nash Holstege; mother, Anna Marie Beaty; several nieces, nephews and special friends. Patricia worked for many years in medical offices. She loved to knit and crochet. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11am Saturday, August 26, at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 1630 Godfrey SW with Fr. Stephen Dudek presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends Friday 3-5pm and 7-9pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4145 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville and Saturday at the church one hour prior to the mass. A rosary will be 8pm Friday at the funeral home .Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice.

Our deepest sympathy to all in you in the loss of your mom. We have many good memories of your family living next door to you for a number of years. We are so sorry for your loss. Treasure all the memories you have and stay close together as brother and sisters. because you do need each other. I am so sorry we are unable to make it to the visitation or funeral but will pray for you during this difficult time. May God give you His Peace and comfort.
