Patricia Anne Vander Meulen, age 58 of Grand Rapids, passed away, Monday, February 22, 2016. She will be greatly missed by her husband, John; daughters, Angela Marie (Scott) Vaughn and Tammy Lynn (Hershel) Tucker; grandchildren, Desiré, Donovan, Myra, Kai'Enna and Simon; sister, Linda Jo Tuttle; sister-in-law, Carol Vander Meulen; many cousins; friend, Judy Hewartson. Burial will be held at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI. at a later date.
