Remembering Patricia Ann Brown

Patricia Ann (Bentley) Brown, age 70, of Jenison, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, and is now rejoicing with the Lord in Heaven. She was preceded in death by her father and step-mother, Fred and Theresa Bentley. She will be lovingly remembered by her former husband, Robert Brown; daughter, Pamela and Mike McMichael; son, Robert Frederick; daughter, Tressa and Steve Dickerson; son, Timothy Frederick; son, Gerald and Natalie Hudson; daughter, Julie and Robert Reycraft; twenty-one grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; two sisters and one brother. Patricia was a very giving person who showed unconditional love to everyone. She loved her grandchildren and her joy was taking care of them. According to her wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. In lieu of cards or flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Pat or aunt Pat as my children called her started as a daycare provider but became part of the family. She was a loving person with a huge heart. Always willing to give to anyone in need and always looking out for the less fortunate. I truly appreciated all she did for our family. To the family know that you will all be in my thoughts and prayers. God bless Aunt Pat's beautiful soul.

Will never forget my first thanksgiving dinner at her home. The entire family welcomed my daughter and I into the family. Three turkeys and two hams. Christmas were even bigger events. She loved seeing the grandchildren smiles when opening presents. 21 years later she was still holiday crazed. Going to miss you mom. God blessed us with you, and now your in eternal Christmas with our Lord and Savior.

Pat, you were a wonderful caregiver who taught me many life lessons growing up. Thank you for letting me into your home & your heart, allowing me to call you Grandma, and taking care of me. You will truly be missed by those you looked after. I always think of you during Christmas and anytime I drink a Coke. <3

Pat did daycare for my daughter Rachael for many years. She was a such a giving person and we always looked forward to her spectacular Christmas displays! So sorry for your loss she will not be forgotten. Jerre
