Pamela (Penny) Rae Larabel, age 74, of Grand Rapids, was called to her heavenly home on Wednesday, June 3, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Patricia Parker.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 55 years, Gregg Larabel; daughter, Michelle Larabel-Benites; son Gregg P. and Elizabeth Larabel; grandchildren, Mark Naylor, Chelsea Naylor, Chase Benites, Brittany Montoya, Meranda Flores, Devin Larabel; great grandchildren, Samaya, Santana; sisters, Teri and Martin Beatty, Robin Parker; many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Penny was a loving, caring, kind hearted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a help and support to Gregg as they travelled the country and world with the US Air Force. She was the president of the Women’s Bowling Association while in Okinawa, Japan. Penny was the bookkeeper for the Paragon Bowling Center which she and Gregg ran for 16 years.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 10 at 11 am at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 4101 Clyde Park Ave. SW, Wyoming. Burial at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
