Oralene Yvonne McPike

Oralene (Lena) McPike, age 75, of Wyoming, ran into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Friday, November 28, 2025. Lena was a headstrong woman, passionate about nurturing her family bonds as well as her relationship with the Lord. She’d often find enduring nicknames for those she loved and even those she just met. Her thoughtfulness reached many, leading her life with a loving heart. Lena liked to dress her best with her nails and hair looking pristine. Whenever able, she would enjoy spending time with her family, and spoiling her grandchildren. While interacting with others, Lena was always the life of the party and made the most of every moment.

Lena was preceded in death by her parents, Orie (Annie) McPike and Hildred (Cecil) Banks; her sisters, Sharon Jackson and Valerie Long; and brother, Clifford Churchill. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Kimberly McPike, and Charles McPike; her grandchildren, Kyle Verhulst, Secara Beaudry, Zen McPike; three great grandchildren, Silas, Shepherd, and Easton Verhulst; siblings, Charles Williams, Robin (Ricky) Horton, Edna (Leonard) Wallace, Henry Banks, Wayne (Brenda) McPike, Michael (Joy) McPike, Charisse McPike, Dennie McPike, Vanessa Rench, and Carla Nickerson; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends. She will be dearly missed, but never forgotten. 

Lena’s desires have been fulfilled and cremation has taken place. A memorial celebration will be held privately at a later date. Those who wish to make memorial contributions may do so to support the family.
