Olivia Consuelo Luera

Olivia Consuelo Luera, 26, of Grand Rapids, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior,  and was warmly welcomed by her loved ones who preceded her, on Thursday, January 16, 2025.  She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Reynaldo Luera Jr.; grandfather, Mateo Aguirre Sr.; grandmothers, Maria Consuelo (Robles) Aguirre, Olivia (Suarez) Luera; uncles, Armando Luera, Thomas Aguirre Sr., and Juan Aguirre, Sr.  She will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Rose Marie (Aguirre) Luera; sister, Ann Marie Luera; brother, Manuel Mateo Garza III; nephew, Manuel Uziel Garza IV.  Olivia was loving, sassy, and caring, with a very kind nature.  She was a daddy’s girl, whom she loved very much.  Olivia loved music and spent a lot of time sketching drawings in her sketch pad.  She had a true love for all animals (they were all her babies).  Her kind and sweet soul was as colorful and vibrant as a rainbow.  She brought joy to all of those around her and was always full of laughter.  Cremation has taken place.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to assist with the needs of the family.
