My father is truly missed by us all. He made everyone feel like they were the most important person in the room when he talked to you. A very kind man that treated others the way he wanted to be treated. Other then his children- his wife Bev was his Chauffeur confidant partner and love of his life… miss you Daddy!

Beverly and Family, I had the honor of working with Norm for 25 years. Norm was a kind man who took the time to get to know all of his employees and talk with them like they were the most important person at the time. His decisions were always what was best for the patients and the staff. He will be remembered fondly by many and greatly missed. My deepest sympathies to you all at this difficult time.

Norm was instrumental in bringing a better and more responsive level of blood services to Munson and affiliate hospitals of the Grand Traverse region. He and his chauffeur Beverly were welcome guests at the hospital and in our home. He was always upbeat and will be missed.

I started working at the Blood Center in '93. Norm was such a kind man and knew each and every employee. He even brought chocolate to the crew that worked on Saturdays! His presence at the blood center was greatly missed after his retirement. My deepest sympathies to his family.
