Nora McDonald, age 89, formerly of Paris, Tennessee and Flint, Michigan, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, June 8, 2019.  She was a member of Point Pleasant Baptist Church and served as Senior Citizens Group Leader for many years.  Nora enjoyed traveling in her motor home and loved meeting people from all over. She retired from General Motors after 30 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. McDonald after 69 years of marriage. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, M’liss Thompson, Sheila Beale; three grandchildren, Michelle and Kelly Watts, Shona Bedgood, Chase Thompson; three  great-grandchildren, Brittany Massin, Elyssa Watts, Seth Bedgood; two great-great-grandchildren, Sophia Watts, Mya Massin; sisters, Katherine Sain, Margaret and Charles Forrest.  A mausoleum chapel service will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at noon at Flint Memorial Park, 9506 Dort Hwy, Mt.
