Nellie Mae Dykstra, age 91, of Grandville, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, sister, Lois Zuiderveen, and brother, Harold “Bud” Brinks. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Rhonda and Richard Penning, Deborah and David Gritter; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sister and brothers, Ruth Modders, Robert Brinks, Ivan and Sharon Brinks; sister-in-law, Geneva Dykstra. Funeral services will be held on Friday 11 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Chaplain Caleb Walcott officiating. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 10-10:45 am prior to the service at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice or Sunset Association.
