Neil A. Jacobsen

Neil A. Jacobsen, age 78, of Jenison, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015. He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Allen Jacobsen; parents, Norman and Bertha Jacobsen; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Herman and Dorothy Bont; brother-in-law, Thomas Bont. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years, Phyllis; daughters, Vicki (Kevin Friar) Christensen, Sherrill Nagel; grandchildren; Stacey Christensen, Andrew Nagel, Courtney Nagel. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday 11:00 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. Interment Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association, American Heart Association or a charity of one’s choice.
