To the Falbe family. My name is Tom Hoffman and I am a high school wrestling official. I officiated some of Nate’s matches when he was in high school. I also assign middle school wrestling matches to young officials. Over the last couple of years I assigned several middle school matches to Nate. When I talked to Nate about specific matches he was going to officiate, he was always courteous, professional, and very respectful. He would often say, “Thanks for helping me out with these matches Mr. Hoffman”. I would respond by saying, “Nate, you are no longer in high school you don't have to call me Mr. Hoffman anymore”. Nate would respond by saying, “Okay, Great”. Nate would then end the conversation by saying “Thanks again Mr. Hoffman”. I found Nate to be an excellent young man and I appreciated how respectful he was. He will be missed by the entire wrestling community. Tom Hoffman

To the Falbe extended family, I am so sorry to hear about Nate. My mother lives at Sunrise. A lot of times she doesn't recognize caregivers, but she knew who Nate was and always said, "He's so nice." All the residents were very fond of him. I always enjoyed talking with him and thought his future held such promise. My heart is breaking. The longer I live the more I am convinced that God takes soonest those He loves the most to be with Him. Pam Lyons Eicher
