Remembering Nancy Wilfong

Nancy Wilfong, age 72, of Grandville, went to be with her Lord on Friday, June 14, 2019. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; father Harold Hallam. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Stacey and Kirk VanKley, Michael and Tricia Ruddick; grandchildren, Nathan, Cassidy, Taylor, Logan; sister, Jeanine Dooley; nieces, Cydnie and Dave Gonzales, Tonya and Ralph Arrelano, Nick Dooley, and her best friend, Karen Rix. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, at 5 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family from 4-5 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.

I am so sad that I lost my younger sister. We were more than sisters,more than best friends.Ive been able to spend the last few days with her wonderful children and grandchildren.They were all devoted to her and the pain they are in right now is indescribable. Oh my, I was so very sad when I read of Nancy's passing. I met her through Charlie when he was my boss at CF. Nancy and I became immediate friends and made memories.
